Ulla Johnson accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the return packing slip provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid UPS return shipping label and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number for reference until your refund is processed.
